FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The class is $55 per person. The price includes all the materials needed for the class, the vessel and fragrance of your choice, a step-by-step class on how to make your candle, and your finished candle to take home!

We offer full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. If a guest needs to cancel within 48 hours of their booked class or does not make it to their class, a refund will not be issued. Guests can reschedule the class for another time and day we have available. In the event a guest or guests are more than 30 minutes late to any scheduled reservation the reservation is then cancelled and a new reservation must made in addition to a $25 convenience fee.

The workshop classes we host are 1.5 hours and private events (groups over 10) are 2.5 hours.

Reservation are required and can be easily made through our site with our classes and selected times.

We can host events in all kinds of spaces, not just in our store. For private event inquiries, email natasha@benudecandleco.com

If you are a brand or influencer that wishes to work with us, simply email us via the contact information and title it; "Collab Inquiry".

Your candle should take about 30 minutes to dry. During that time we encourage you to take pictures, hangout & check out our selection of candles for sale which you also recieve 15% off if you purchase candles during your scheduled class.

Of course! We love when customers return and want to recycle their vessels. If you bring back a vessel from a previous class, you can receive 20% off another class.

Our candles are single wick glass candles that hold about 12 ounces. They have around 60 hours of burn time.
